When I first looked this ad, I didn't notice that the whole page is winkled except her hair. However, I looked it again, and I could see her hair part is the only no winkled in the page. This makes her hair more emphasized smoothness. It is great idea.

Patriotism, is it an effective tool in commercial?
At superbowl half time, the Chrysler commercial looked upon me. Clint Eastwood narrated and calm music is flowing background. In this commercial the company doesn’t describe or explain the benefit or reason why this brand is useful to customer at all. Instead it is saying about hard time when Great Recession had come and American had overcome it. Detroit, and US knocked out from financial crisis in 2008 but the commercial says it is half time and time to come together and make the movement. It appeals to the patriotism the feeling of people’s inner mind. These days the products are hard to differentiate among many competitors. But if the product does not have their own competitiveness, commercial leaned on patriotism has limit for marketing. In case of Chrysler, we can easily see the complaint about its quality on the youtube commercial.
